With over 23 years of experience in the Software Outsourcing Business, he has cultivated a deep understanding of the IT industry, particularly in bridging international markets. He spent more than 16 years studying and working in Japan, gaining invaluable insights into the Japanese business culture and IT landscape. In 2011, he returned to Vietnam with a mission to establish a high-performing offshore IT team, which has since evolved into D-Soft today.

With nearly 18 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, he has established a remarkable achievement that spans from engineering roles to high-level management. Currently serving as the Vice President, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical acumen. Throughout his career, he has successfully led numerous projects, primarily focusing on Japanese clients. His bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese has been instrumental in bridging communication gaps and driving project success.

After graduating with a degree in Information Technology from India in 2012, he began his career as a tester and gradually advanced to Project Manager. Currently, in his role as Group Manager and Product Manager, he leads a talented team and delivers the highest quality and most suitable products to customers.

With over 10 years of experience in user interface design and mobile product management, Binh has significantly contributed to creating user-friendly and efficient products. He stands out for his ability to combine creative design with advanced technology, helping M-tech deliver the best experience to its customers.With over 10 years of experience as a project manager, he has been assigned many projects by Japanese clients in fluent English and Japanese.

With over 7 years of expertise in research, training and developing innovative Embedded, IoT solution. Together with development teams, he has successfully provided high-quality IoT solutions to customers applied in many different fields

He is a programmer with 7 years of experience. With a strong background in systems, He has participated in many interesting and diverse projects, from simple applications to complex products. In addition, he also has experience in project management, teamwork and communication with stakeholders.

With a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kyung Hee University in Korea, Nguyen Duc Phuoc currently holds the position of Embedded Product Manager at M-tech. With over 6 years of experience in embedded product management, particularly in Embedded Linux, Phuoc has led and developed numerous strategic embedded projects, enhancing efficiency and optimizing production processes for the company. He stands out for his deep analytical skills and his ability to create optimized and effective embedded solutions, contributing to the sustainable growth of M-tech.

As an Embedded, IoT, and AI specialist with over 9 years of experience, he excels at developing innovative AIoT solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

With 10+ years of combined experience in enterprise resource planning (especially human resources management), project management, and customer support, he is well-equipped to take on challenging roles that require a versatile skill set.
